Our ethics hotline is a communications mechanism for all members of our value network to report, directly or anonymously, activities or behaviors which are contrary to the law, to human rights in general, to our Comprehensive Code of Conduct or to our organizational policies.
It includes the possibility to file complaints related to the recognition of indigenous people’s rights and the access to natural resources.
